Hi,

I use Google calendar daily.

I would like to use Google Calendar as part of a PHP application I am
building to avoid the need for me to develop a similar calendar.
However, the users of the application should not need to have a Google
Calendar account of their own. So, here a few questions:-

Using the API, can I embed a calendar in my own application that
behaves the same as a "regular" Google Calendar ie., click and create
events, resize events and drag them around to different parts of the
calendar etc., IOW, all the nice "goodies" that are available to a
normal Google Calendar user?

Can the Google Calendar API allow me to create data on my own server
or is it stored on Google's servers?

If the data is stored on Google's servers, can my application create
its own users' calendars without them having to sign into a Google
account or similar?

IOW, I really want to use the Google Calendar API as a "developer
tool" so ideally, I don't want the application user to need to have an
existing Google Calendar account or have to create one.

Any advice/information around these questions would be greatly
appreciated.

Many thanks.
