Here's our scenario. We want to have a calendar where students can
tell us what times they are free and when they want to schedule
workshops with us.

So I thought we could use a google calendar as an interface which
students can see once they login to our online system and then just
click and drag on the calendar and tell us when they're free.

So I thought I create one gmail account for our organization and then
create a calendar for each student (in an automated process) and then
the respective calendar shows up for that student when he/she logs in
to our online system.

I wasn't sure if that was the best way to do it though - to create a
sort of a public calendar where multiple people can add/edit - OR -
create multiple calendars for each person under one gmail account (the
way I just described above).

Since we have about 4000 students on our list and it will grow each
semester, I was wondering would google let me create that many
calendars and if it would ever reach a limit?

Please let me know if there is a better way to do it or if I need to
tweak the current idea.

Thanks!
