Why copy/pasting here just some code excerpts, and not the full source code ? How on earth are we supposed to help you if we have to guess what is the issue ? We must be able to run the code ; maybe you should also read the API reference first (Alain pointed out a missing statement for "insertEntry"...) and use an valuable debugging tool, such as Firebug.
