I am trying to create a recurring event using the Java API and can create the event exactly how I like (using the Recurrance property), however when I view it in Google Calendar, the event details display like a single event (Repeat is unchecked). Strangely if I delete the event, it asks me if I want to delete just that instance or all events, like it is a repeating event. Also when I load the calendar through the API it is a single event with the correct recurring rules.
I have found a couple other thread posts similiar to this, but no one has posted a solution that I have found. If someone could direct me to a solution that would be great.
