I am having the same problem, but I am using an Atom batch request. The reminder tag seems to be ignored altogether. Everything else is created successfully.
Here is my entry in the batch feed: <entry xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2005/Atom' xmlns:gd='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005'> <category scheme='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#kind' term='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#event'></category> <title type='text'>Guided Hike</title> <content type='text'></content> <gd:transparency value='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#event.opaque'></gd:transparency> <gd:eventStatus value='http://schemas.google.com/g/2005#event.confirmed'></gd:eventStatus> <gd:where valueString='Goldwater Lake Tr'></gd:where> <gd:when startTime='2011-07-06T20:00:00.000Z' endTime='2011-07-06T22:00:00.000Z'> <gd:reminder minutes='10' method='alert' /> </gd:when> </entry> This entry is being inserted into a calendar belonging to a different user that has been shared with me if that makes any difference. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Google Calendar Data API" group.
