ah, alright. I thought in the last post i had, I would be able to do some meetings without authorization. And yeah, going to gmail was definitely not my decision and it is making a lot more work for us in IT lately! We would not have chosen to do that I think, either that or we would've made it clear the things we'd need to change. Oh well, what management wants, management gets. Everyone else has to follow. Anyway, thanks for the help and I'll have to look into this more. If there are any good alternatives/suggestions. let me know. Thanks again.
