Calendar's with appointment slots have an "appointment page" that people can use to sign up for the appointments.
Is there any way to get this URL using the Calendar API? I suspect that this is not possible and that I will have to wait until Google is ready to roll out a new Calendar API with complete support for appointment slots (but it doesn't hurt to ask).
