Hello Tony, Unfortunately, there is no such parameter. You can find the list of query parameters supported by the API in the API reference<http://code.google.com/apis/calendar/data/2.0/reference.html#Parameters> .
Having deleted event in a recurring series appear is the expected behavior as those events are exception to the recurrence rule.
