Is there a way to set the color of the outlines on the map charts? Example: http://preview.tinyurl.com/57p7cp I can set all other colors (I think) except the outline color.
I'm actually looking to make a transparent outline of a set of states. For example, all stats with Y in their name would be red, while the background, other states, and state outlines were 100% transparent in the resulting PNG.
