Have you thought about running a HTTPS proxy and using it to fetch the
content from Google Charts? This assumes you have control over the
secure server your clients use.

Conceptually speaking, if the results of your data sets are not "real-
time" you could get the charts offline, and store them in a secure
server for your clients to use, or use a real-time proxy and manage
the request yourself. Either way it would be an interesting workaround
to solve your problem.
