Does anyone know if it's possible to have labels start at a data
point, as opposed to being centered under it? I've seen this done in
some of Google's Webmaster tools, but can't figure out how to do it in
the Charts API using exisitng documentation.
At the moment, chart labels look like

While I'm looking for
