You could try something like this...

Then change this line...

$im     = imagecreatefrompng("images/button1.png");

To...

$im     = 
imagecreatefrompng("http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=p3&chd=t:60,40&chs=250x100&chl=Hello|World
 ");

I can't say for sure that we will work, but it should be easy enough for you to 
work it out.

I'd say you want to think about the serverside programming, and not so much 
googlecharts.
