Hi There, I am trying to use google charts with action script 3 and have been running into problems with some security issues. I was wondering if anyone else has been trying this, or if anyone has been successful in making the needed requests from flash. I have been taking a look around but have not been able to find any answers. Here is the error that I am getting:
Error: Ignoring policy file requested from http://google.com/crossdomain.xml because a cross-domain redirect to http://www.google.com/crossdomain.xml occurred. *** Security Sandbox Violation *** Connection to http://google.com/chart halted - not permitted from file:////flash_workspace/GoogleChartsQRCodeGenerating/QRCodeGenTest.swf >> there was a security error requesting your chart Error: Request for resource at http://google.com/chart by requestor from file:////flash_workspace/GoogleChartsQRCodeGenerating/QRCodeGenTest.swf is denied due to lack of policy file permissions. Error: Ignoring policy file requested from http://chart.apis.google.com/crossdomain.xml because a cross-domain redirect to http://code.google.com/apis/chart/ occurred.
