Hi! Have a look at the first chart you find at the following address:
http://code.google.com/apis/chart/formats.html#scaled_values The text below the chart says: "Simple encoded data, value 100 (chd=e:Bk)" ...and "Simple encoding range: 0—4095" ...while it really is an EXTENDED encoding example. I hope it helps. Bye!
