Short answer: no Long answer: you can try to get close (http://tinyurl.com/y8qym9e) but with the amount of text you're looking at it probably wouldn't look very nice.
You can try using the Annotated Time Line chart from the Google Visualization API, but your data is just dates and text so you'd be looking at a straight line...
