First, I had not seen the new documentation yet so it took me a while
to find it.

This from the documentation:

You can combine line fills with any other chm parameters using a pipe
character ( | ) to separate the chm parameters.

So at its simplest chm=B,76A4FB,0,0,0|N*p0*,000000,0,-1,11 should fill
underneath the line in a basic line chart and add data value markers,
with values shown as a percentage, rounded to zero decimal places, in
black, on all values, in 11-point text.
