Hi, I guess you are talking about using http://code.google.com/apis/chart/docs/gallery/dynamic_icons.html#scalable_pinsor http://code.google.com/apis/chart/docs/gallery/dynamic_icons.html#special_pinsas a marker in the Google Maps API? Unfortunately there's no way to set the anchor point for that in the Charts API, you'll have to do that manually in the Maps API.
