http://whois.arin.net/rest/net/NET-209-85-128-0-1 --> Google owns the range "209.85.128.0 - 209.85.255.255" http://www.dnswatch.info/dns/dnslookup?la=en&host=chart.apis.google.com&type=A&submit=Resolve --> A reverse DNS lookup - not exactly sure how to interpret, but using the other possible URLs (0.chart.apis.google.com, 1.chart.apis.google.com, etc.) it seems to return the same Maybe open up access to the IPs in the second link?
