depending on how much data you want to present per chart, a line chart looks
like the best option
working with the combination of:
1) a line chart
2) ajax calls to refresh data
3) ajax calls to refresh data in the child chart
you can get a very dynamic and cross browser compatible page.
You might need to research something on maximum calls you can do towards
google per day.
If memory serves me well there is a limit in the open version.
