Here's a solution that may work for you... Take a look at the Creating a Compound Chart section @ http://code.google.com/apis/chart/image/docs/gallery/compound_charts.html#creating_compound_chart
Using that as a base, you can create two additional data series (one for your high and low range values) and then use Line Fills to highlight the area in between the two.
