I type this URL https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?cht=qr&chs=3x3&chl=Hello+world&choe=UTF-8 on Google Chrome, no error and no image return
When I add the chof=validate https://chart.googleapis.com/chart?cht=qr&chs=3x3&chl=Hello+world&choe=UTF-8&chof=validate I got the message below. 200. That’s an error The Chart API request did not contain any errors or warnings.
