I am working with the google annotated timeline from the the jsapi and I keep getting an error telling me the element I'm trying to stick the chart in has no width. I do not understand why this is happening as I checked at several stages of the application and it does indeed have the width I specify and does indeed exist before I try to draw the chart. I have found no specific solution to the problem (which has been raised a few times) and no explanation as to why it happens. If someone could please explain to me what goes on behind the the annotated timeline (speculatively or concrete) and what I can do to fix this.
