The page you linked does not seem to load.

The code you have also does not appear to attempt to load a Google Chart.

Have you looked at our docs?  https://developers.google.com/chart/

This forum is primarily for the deprecated Image Chart API.

If you're getting started, you should try posting in the Google Chart Tools 
group:
https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/google-visualization-api
