The API will still be available, but the online wizard is being deprecated.
This document: https://developers.google.com/chart/image/docs/gallery/venn_charts describes how the wizard is constructing the URLs. http://chartpart.com/ provides an interactive editor to create the same Venn diagrams. For instance if you paste the following: 10,10,10,1,1,1 Label1 Label2 Label3 You will get this: http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?chs=480x256&cht=v&chtt=Live%20Preview&chd=s%3A999GGG%2C%2C%2C&chdl=A%7CB%7CC&chxl=&chxt= Following the documentation, you should be able to customize it futher.
