Okay, let me say it a differnet way, maybe? You publih your code on code.google.com, and since it is available under an open source license, Ohloh or anyone can access it and details about how you develop your software by looking at your repository. The only way to stop this is to not be open source. I didn't know and would be surprised if we have a special deal in place with Ohloh. they don't need a special deal to crawl our repositories.
