Your project (haresvn) doesn't have anything in its repository at the moment. Generally we hold off on large increases until we've seen some project activity or when it's absolutely necessary for an initial import. Part of the motivation is us applying a lot of compression on our end, so your actual requirements may end up being much smaller than your estimates.
