Thanks, seems to work now.

Someone really should look at that error message and the useless
trails it presents.  It took independent searching to find an e-mail
address to ask for help, and the help from that address only responded
with another useless FAQ tree and the address for this forum...
thankfully the forum helped, but it has been a long road to get here.
