I'm trying to upload my first download file. I enter the information (Summary and File), then click Submit File. I get prompted for my username and password. No matter what I enter for userid and password nothing seems to work. What userid and password is expected? My google userid and password or my code.google userid and the project password? I've tried everything I can think of. There are no instructions on what exactly it is looking for.
