Could you provide some additional information about why you'd like to
reset your repository?

We strongly discourage this unless you intend to use svnsync to import
an existing repository or you've inadvertently committed sensitive
data and need it purged from history. If neither of these are true, we
suggest simply using the svn rm command to remove your content but
maintain the project history.

If you do have sensitive data or intend to use svnsync, please use the
svn rm command to remove all contents within your project repository
to verify your identity.
