Actually, looking at it more closely, the other projects you were participating in are in violation of the terms of service for Google Code as well, and I've also closed them down.
It seems that you think that Google Code is a generic data hosting platform. Just to be very clear on this: Google Code is for hosting of open source software, and only open source software. This is clearly indicated as part of Google Code's mission, and it should be obvious since we ask you which *open source* license you will be using. We do not offer generic data hosting, and the use that you were making of the site is clearly not something that we want to support. We're happy to have you use the site for open source projects, it seems clear that you don't intend to host projects, since all the projects you were involved in were just photo buckets with no license (and questionable origin, which could indicate copyright problems as well). If you have open source projects, with source code under an open source license, maybe with some content under an open content license, then we can reconsider this decision.
