Sorry, in the first place I did not thing about any existing policy about this case, somehow it was only a problem of organization, and I did not take this in this way "something" bigger behind this request, so far I am only guilty not to know and I think people have their on wills :-) I am not so important, anyway I do apologize if I misleaded someone
