Mickeywaley: You are correct, your account was banned and projects deleted because you were abusing Google Code. You were not hosting open source code or software, but instead were using Google Code as a generic file-hosting platform. This grossly violates the terms of service. If you need to host generic files, you'll have to find a different provider.
