Increased. Browsing through your change history, I see you deleted some stuff to make room. Note that this doesn't work on Project Hosting, as we charge the quota you're using for your entire repository, including the history (vaguely analoguous to "how much disk space you're using", except that the disk is massively distributed :-) ).
That said, for legitimate projects, it's not a problem to increase the quota, it's really there just to limit large scale abuse of the service.
