I've been using Google Code for quite a while now for my Mercurial
repository.

However, today I found I can hg *pull* updates successfully, but I
can't hg push, because I get "HTTP Error 403: Forbidden"

I am wondering if this is some problem on Google's end, because this
morning I couldn't even get anything to connect to google code (the hg
command would just hang, waiting for the remote server).

> cd <myRepositoryGoesHere>
> hg push
pushing to https://<myRepositoryGoesHere>.googlecode.com/hg/
searching for changes
abort: HTTP Error 403: Forbidden
