I want to release a rapid-prototyping GUI library for C++ that I wrote as my Master's Thesis on Google Code. The project is named and published as "Exposure" and it conflicts with a 4 year old PHP web photo gallery on Sourceforge. Are the applications different enough that I can still post my project to Google Code? I had google code email the devs on the sourceforge project a few months ago but still haven't heard anything.
