Due to some (self-inflicted) damages from experimenting with SVN, I decided to delete a project so that I can start anew.
Now, the 30-day period has elapsed but I still can't re-register with the project name I deleted. Why? I read from http://groups.google.com/group/google-code-hosting/browse_thread/thread/1762c4014488d6c7?pli=1 that deleted projects need to be "reaped" first before other users may take the name?
