It's not even a "project" really, as the download to a rar containing the copyrighted file is the only thing you can download from it. It's located at: http://code.google.com/p/pcsx2luckz/ The BIOS file, which is copyrighted by Sony Computer Entertainment, is used for the emulator Playstation 2 PCSX2.
