I believe the smoothgestures-chromium project is violating the Google Code licensing policy. Its code page says it is under the Apache license, but grep -iR 'apache' finds no results on a fresh clone of its repo, and the LICENSE file contains only the line "http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/";. Now CC-BY-NC-ND is not the Apache license, and is not listed on http://opensource.org/licenses/alphabetical either. Further, the license does not seem to qualify as open-source under part 3 or part 6 of the "Open Source Definition" (http://opensource.org/osd).
