Access to files, containing plus "+" sign in names, and hosted on GIT google code, isn't possible over HTTP. example of files: https://code.google.com/p/deutsches-logo-pack/source/browse/Source/tv/3%2B.png - there try to click "View raw file" or try to click any file with "+" sign in name here http://deutsches-logo-pack.googlecode.com/git/Source/tv/ you get error 404.
