You did not actually show up as an owner of the project, but it was listed 
in your user page, so that is a bug (I've created an issue for this here: 
https://code.google.com/p/support/issues/detail?id=30841).

As for this specific project, it seems to have been created by someone who 
was abusing the service for file hosting, so I've deleted it.
