Hi Mike, Thanks a lot for the quota increase. It will save our life in the coming weeks :)
Regarding the other aspect, there hasn't been any change in the downloads quota usage (i.e. removing obsolete downloads, which represented something like 1,5 GB, did not increase the storage available), so I'm afraid to report that yes, we are still seeing high downloads quota usage. Actually, I dont remember having seen it decrease once since we have opened the GoogleCode project, although we often had to remove items (release version with last-minute bugs — no comment, please — , files that would have better placed in the SVN).
