Hi,

I'm running my open source project Flowblade Movie editor on Google Code
project hosting. I've been adding .deb files after releases to downloads
after each release to make application available to users.

This is obviously no longer supported.

My question is: Is it allowed to circumvent this by adding a .deb file as
part of the repository, so that I can istruct users to do hg pull and use
the .deb file to install application?
