This is immediately causing me problems. Users of code I'm maintaining are 
suddenly unable to update to a new version. The existing program knows the 
URL of where to look for an update, but this is now failing to download. 
Since they can't download an updated version, they can't automatically 
download a version that uses a different URL, or packages the update 
installer as something other than a .exe file.

Is there a way round this?
