I've been banned from Google Code for hosting there closed-sourced project. I violated the rules. I was wrong. It will never-gonna-happen again. But what can I do get at least read-only access to other projects hosted on Google Code? I mean, read wiki, create issues, read source code? Currently I can't do anything of that. Is there any way to fix situation for this account?
