Hello,

Eclipse is an open source and user-friendly IDE for newbie and
professional developers in C++, Java, Perl, Python, etc... with most
plug-ins for Linux and Windows.

I use "Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Linux Developers Version: Helios Service
Release 2".

However, you should download and install C++ compiler separately in
your system. Eclipse IDE not includes C++ compiler.

If you are using Linux you can use GCC and for Windows, MinGW (www.mingw.org)

Good luck!
