So, inspired by the recent changes on google reader, I wonder if GCJ will also be updated with the same intent.
I am including some concepts of how the updated GCJ would look. https://picasaweb.google.com/vexorian/NewGCJ#5680277328523025954 https://picasaweb.google.com/vexorian/NewGCJ#5680277397288389042 Now let me explain. As you can see, the new site would have a new and improved fresh look a-la- google reader. In which things like cause clutter, (like color and borders) are removed. I also removed the contrast between text and background so that it is as hard as possible to read the statement and the results. There is no color anymore, except for the red in the logo and a red bar to highlight the selected problem, because red is the new blue. I removed the "Contest Analysis" feature, so that google can instead focus on more important matters, such as finding more features to remove to improve their focus. Other features that I guess would be removed are the console tool, solution download and the timer after downloading an input. In the scoreboard, I made sure the (correct) icons are as hard to see as possible. Almost invisible. I also removed the friends feature and replaced it with something that will use google plus. Because every feature that was barely social in the past google now has to use google plus as a back end.
