On visual studio you can open the project settings, select debugging options and as command arguments put (select all configurations if you use debug and release configurations)
< problem.in > problem.out Where problem.in and problem.out are files in the same directory as your cpp file, you can create them in visual studio with add new item on the project. You would paste the downloaded input file on problem.in and you'd upload problem.out after running the program. Or, you can use freopen top redirect streams, two lines of code.
