Such a post is just unfair towards the organizers.
They organize a competition. They do not organize a course.
If you really needed an explanation earlier, you could just post a question on 
this very forum. I bet someone would be willing to give you a full solution 
with additional explanation on every single step. Including mathematical proofs 
if needed. He might have even supply a more thorough solution than the 
organizers supply. It just depended on your initiative.

Plus, learning solutions to some simpler questions one or two weeks before the 
next round, is almost definitely not enough in order to pass the next round. 
The next round is harder and demands more knowledge and more experience than 
that. (Again, this is not a course step-by-step.)  If the analysis gives any 
help - it just might help people who will participate NEXT years in order to 
pass THE SAME round. It almost cannot help people to pass the NEXT rounds THIS 
year.
