What is the supposed output for this input?
10
8 3 2 7 9 10 4 1 5 6

If I read it correctly, there are 5 pairs of kids here that are BFFs of each
other. It is possible to create 5 circles of 2 kids, thus involving everyone in
the "activity" (from the problem description).

However, problem description in the last line asks:
"What is the greatest number of kids that can be in the circle?"

by "the circle" I'd read there could only be one circle.
So, what is the correct answer to the above question? (2? or 10?)

(btw, it looks like the rater expects 10 as the answer, does this mean the
problem description is not precise?)
