Passing local test tool does not mean your solution will also pass the final test.
Testing tool is simply used for checking input/output flow and format. The test case provided is almost certain to be trivial. In your case, you should stop reading from stdin when you saw 'WRONG_ANSWER' because the program that interact with yours will no longer providing any data. Besides, your binary search is incorrect.
